Resume Screening: In this initial screening stage, we get a reflection of your experiences, qualifications, technical skills, expertise, and your best-matched responsibilities that complement the job description. Make sure that you build your resume thoughtfully and objectively to get your resume read by our screening officials. Once received, we will review your resume and determine whether you are shortlisted for the interview. We will also see if other roles match your profile. If things don’t work out, don’t let that stop you from looking out and applying to other roles in the future.

HR Call: This is the first round of interviews where our hiring personnel will get to know your interest and get a better sense of your qualifications. Typically, you will have a shorter conversation over the phone or video. We would love to know about you in person on a virtual introductory round conducted via Microsoft Teams App.

In-Person Interviews: You may typically expect 2-3 technical rounds of interviews which may be conducted over the phone, via video, or in person. You may be asked to appear for an online assessment for coding skills, case-based problem solving, and decision-making abilities followed by technical hackathons. Remember, interviews are two-way conversations; so make the best out of it to learn about the roles and responsibilities and give us more insights. All the best!

Background/Reference Checks: Post-interview and pre-offer, you may expect background checks that include submission of records of previous employment, your work history, educational qualification documents, and proofs of personal data verification. You may also be asked to present references or personal opinions for background investigations.
