A Road map for your
career exploration
From entry-level to leadership, we believe that every candidate deserves a strong foundation in boosting their prospects. If you have big ideas, we give you a platform to experiment, innovate, and broaden your horizon (after all, at the heart, our mission recognizes a culture of creativity, testing, and innovation that takes you beyond the top ranks for a creative direction.)
Adding a level of clarity to the recruitment context, we've broken down the candidate hiring process into 6 focal areas for getting a candidate through the door. This directs you to each stage of the tangible roadmap that details where you are expected to head-on or concrete guidance.
Discover doing what
you love
The whole interview process is about answering one question: Why should we hire you? If you are spending 40+ hours a week at a workplace that you don’t love and enjoy doing, is something that you’re not happy with and that needs to change. It’s time to find a happy medium where you discover your passion and interest.
Take your time to evaluate your current environment, take a look at the work that you will be doing, and answer these questions given below:
Have you ever been excited about a project you have recently worked on with absolute and unbridled enthusiasm?
Did any project that you have worked on was meaningful, engaging, and you have derived the purpose out of it?
Describe your best project experience and why was it so special?
Would you enjoy the ownership of a project (as a sole contributor) or you love to code because it’s a team effort?
When faced with an unexpected challenge at work, do you love jumping into problem-solving or seek help through communication to push the process in motion?
Now sit back, recollect and list out all the skills, abilities, and rewarding elements in the form of checkpoints that tick. You are the best judge of what makes you happy. Before updating your resume, think of what you enjoyed the best and keep the list handy as your jumping-off point before your next career move.
We hire for passion, not skill. Accomplishments and success stories are good bets indeed. But, if you have a unique combination of enduring passions, skills, innovation, and enthusiasm — all in your back pocket, we welcome you on board as our next aspiring BETSOL-ite!
Build your resume
A simple and clean resume improves the chances of hiring by 2X. To tailor your resume specifically to the corresponding job role, follow the simple tips and tricks listed as under:
Feature your skills and experiences that correspond to the job description. (Pro-tip: Include metrics of measurable organizational results).
Include projects if you have worked on or managed in your last internship. Tell us your project outcomes and key milestones.
If you have limited work experience, include the university projects within your resume. You can also mention the skills that you have attained while studying different training courses pursued recently.
After all, what matters is your skills and experience that fill our qualification gaps and how you show off your coding chops to us! Also, who knows. Your flexibility in adapting to changes in schedule could be your next job-winning tactic!

Transparent hiring process:
what to expect
Although the hiring process might vary for different roles across teams, the same basics apply whether it’s a tech job, design job, marketing job, or an internship program. As part of the process, take a walkthrough of our standard recruitment process considering your diversified skills and backgrounds.
On-Campus Interviews: Our recruiting teams visit a wide array of colleges and conduct on-campus interviews for students interested in internships, co-ops, apprenticeships, and permanent positions. We will shortlist you based on a set of interviews conducted at this stage.
Online Assessments: Once shortlisted, you may be asked to complete an online assessment test like a coding quiz to measure your key skills and abilities. Prepare well for the initial screening by training your memory and intellect in advance.
Group Discussions: In Group Discussions, we seek to understand your viewpoints and perspective across multiple disciplines. Make sure that you gather your thoughts beforehand across the discussion points generated from the GD. Because this is also our chance to gauge your team spirit in the personal interview round.
Technical Rounds: Our on-site interviews include technical questions, wherein we assess your familiarity with problem-solving skills in the relevant field. The process could be rigorous with back-to-back interviews scheduled (either over video or in-person) followed by technical hackathons. Don’t be surprised if you receive a brainteaser; try to enjoy the challenge.
Manager Round: So you passed your initial screening! Great. Next, you have a managerial round wherein you may receive pertinent questions about problem-solving, DS, & Algorithm round (most likely).
Final HR Round: More than you, it’s us who are more excited to onboard you. You may expect certain behavioral questions to gauge your emotional intelligence for the role. You just need to be confident and clear while expressing your thoughts in this round.
