HR Business Partners
Provides a full range of HR business support to internal clients through projects such as employee engagement and retention, manager and employee development and coaching, organizational development and effectiveness, change management, special projects, data analysis, and compensation planning.
HR Specialists
Identify employment needs and interview applicants, determine their skills, experience, and education. Perform background checks and contact references of an applicant. Help with new employee orientation. Handle all aspects of human resources work like maintaining records of employment, process necessary paperwork, and ensuring that the human resources processes are in compliance with state, federal, and local regulations.
HR operations
Review and approve budgets, implement new BETSOL policies and maintain internal HR systems. Ensure our HR initiatives are cost-effective, run smoothly, and contribute to a healthy work environment.
Recruiter
Responsible for recruiting a wide range of talent to fuel the growth of BETSOL, all while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Starting out as a recruiter and a talent acquisition specialist, I have come a long way at BETSOL. To have a place that's so inclusive and so willing to embrace everyone has definitely changed my life. My life took a beautiful turn when I was offered to move into HR operations at BETSOL.
