With aggressive plans to accelerate expansion in Eastern Europe and Latin America, BETSOL is pleased to announce the hiring of a new CFO, Azul Schwartz, who brings considerable international experience.
Azul Schwartz has over 18 years of experience in finance and an extensive global network that spans private banking, commercial banking, legal advisors, private equity, and hedge funds.
Her financial career began with Merrill Lynch in New York, where she focused on international clients in Latin America. In late 2006, Azul joined JP Morgan Suisse in Geneva, Switzerland. As she rapidly exceeded performance targets, Azul moved to JP Morgan Private Bank in Miami and then New York, completing a 7-year tenure at the firm in 2013 as Vice President Global Investments Specialist.
Azul next worked on several private projects in real estate and business services from Buenos Aires, Argentina. In September 2017, she joined the Fenix Wealth Management team in Miami, Florida as a Private Wealth Manager and Chief Investment Officer. In November 2020, she transitioned to Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Vice President Alternative Investments, partnering with the New York City and international offices.
Azul speaks English, Spanish, French, and Italian. She holds Series 66 and Series 7 FINRA registrations and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania.
