Sr. Net Developer

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of experience creating and maintaining web-based applications using tools such as Visual Studio 2010, .net framework 2.0+, C#, SQL 2008
  • Create, edit and distribute various applications as required using development tools Visual Studio, .NET Framework, ASP.NET and C#
  • Experience with Entity Framework, WCF, MVC
  • Must be comfortable with SQL syntax and SQL Server
  • Javascript/Bootstrap/AngularJS/jQuery/Knockout.js
  • Familiar with database and information architecture, with web application integration.
  • Recognize the value of agile, iterative development processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting production and quality goals

Account Manager

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Understand client business and IT initiatives, as well as their specific technical and cultural environments to provide proactive workforce planning
  • Provide inputs to deliver effective proposals to clients
  • Create and execute strategies to gain account intelligence and develop business with new and existing clients
  • Partner with the delivery team to effectively manage pipeline, activity and deliverables
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers’ business requirements and their technical requirements.
  • Validate the approach and solution design proposed by collaborating with customers and stakeholders to manage their expectations and resolve business issues in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate internal communication and assembling a solution delivery team for new engagements.
  • Track, manage, and report on deliverable attainment and/or SLA (Service Level Agreement) performance.
  • Lead, manage and collaborate with internal team and stakeholders located in near shore, offshore, or domestic delivery centers and the practices to ensure engagement success.

Business Development Manager

Requirements and Responsibilities:

New Business Development

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

Client Retention

  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
  • Work with delivery team to meet customer needs.
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.

Business Development Planning

  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Present to and consult with internal team on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

Management and Research

  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the Salesforce for every account
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
  • Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
  • Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
  • Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.
  • Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
