After you submit a free quote
request, we prepare scope documents for your project. We
envision the overall direction for the project, including
determining which features the solution will and will not
include, which technology to use and a general schedule for
delivery.
Analysis
: Specifications, Prototype/Functional Model Design
During this phase the team
prepares the functional specifications, database structure,
flow diagrams, defines the modules. In most cases a ppt/html
screen prototype of a new system can also be developed. This
allows the customer to review the future system and to give
their feedback at an early stage of the development.
Design :
Coding and Development
Once the prototype/Functional
module is approved, our team starts on actual coding of the
projects. Each modules are developed and tested and deployed
on our/clients test server for clients review and feedback.
Any change request, modification are applied at this stage.
Finally individual modules are combined to make up a build.
Testing
: System testing and bug fixes
Testing
emphasizes usage and operation under realistic environmental
conditions. The team focuses on resolving and prioritizing
bugs and preparing the solution for release.
Implementation :
Delivery and
documentation Finally the project is delivered to client along
with necessary documentation. We provide all required support
in implementing the project at clients end or for online
applications we provide hosting facility at our data center if
required.
Support :
Warranty and Maintenance
The development team keeps
supporting the system after installation as per the warranty
period. Upon completion of warranty period, we can enter into
monthly / yearly maintenance contract or do any future
additions / updates on case to case basis as per the need.
